The City of Karratha has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
LOT NO. 633 BUTCHERBIRD DRIVE, NICKOL
The City of Karratha has received an application for development approval (DA24-083), which is proposing new residential development at the subject site. The proposal comprises a two-story Multiple and Grouped Dwelling Development (68 x Multiple Dwellings and 19 x Grouped Dwellings) a total of 87 dwellings.
