The City is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified and competent consultant(s) to provide detailed condition and inventory audits in addition to geospatial surveys and valuations on the following infrastructure within the City of Karratha.
a) Sealed road network - including airside infrastructure, roadside infrastructure, street signs and carparks.
b) Unsealed road network.
c) Pathway & Kerb network.
d) Bridges including footbridges.
e) Stormwater drainage network – including culverts.
f) Lighting network including aerodrome facility lighting on Runways, Taxiways, Carparks, and pathways.
g) Parks, Gardens & Open Space – including furniture, irrigation and hard landscaping.
h) Land & Buildings.
i) Playgrounds & Play Equipment & Open Space Furniture
j) Water Treatment Facilities, Water Treatment Systems and Storage Structures.
