The City is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and competent developers for the design, funding, construction and operation of a major hotel development at Lot 7078 Sharpe Avenue, Karratha.
A copy of the expression of interest documents must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s Tenderlink website: www.tenderlink.com/karratha. Expressions of Interest can only be lodged electronically via the City’s Tenderlink website.
Non-mandatory briefing is 2:00pm (AWST) Wednesday, 25 March 2026.
The deadline for responses to be submitted is 2:00pm (AWST) Friday, 22 May 2026.
