Nominations for the City of Karratha Community Sports Awards are now open.
The 9 award categories recognise exceptional performance and ongoing support for sports in our local community, across all clubs and codes.
Nominations for the 9 award categories opened on Monday, 15 September and close at 5pm on Friday 10 October.
City of Karratha Mayor Daniel Scott said the Community Sports Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the success and efforts of our local sporting associations, clubs and individuals.
“I encourage all those involved in our local sporting community to have a think about the associations, clubs, players, officials and volunteers who have stood out to them this season,” Cr Scott said.
“These awards are a great way to acknowledge a teammate or coach for a job well done.
“This is your chance to give them the spotlight they deserve and celebrate their dedication and hard work that keep our community sports vibrant and thriving.”
