Due to an external outage affecting Microsoft Teams and Azure services, which form part of a wider Microsoft 365 network, there was a disruption to the livestreaming of the Public Briefing held on December 8, 2025. As a result, there is approximately 10 minutes of content missing from the recording. In this instance, no improvised recording was able to be made, due to a technical failure beyond the control of the City, which was not reasonably practical or foreseeable at the time of the meeting.
