Notice of Road Reserve Realignment

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 56 and 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 Council intends to realign a portion (as shown on corresponding maps) of Fortescue River Road as follows: 

Fortescue River Road Dedication/ Realignment 

Part Lot 531 on DP 221145 (Land ID Number: 4311908) 

Part Lot 1503 on DP 422886 (Land ID Number: 30151170) 

Fortescue River Road Closure 

Part Land ID Number: 3724902 

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the City of Karratha Administration Office at Lot 1083 Welcome Road, Karratha, during office hours, or at https://karratha.wa.gov.au/council/plans-publications-and-policies/public-notifications

Submissions should be made in writing to the City of Karratha, PO Box 219, Karratha WA 6714 or via email to submissions@karratha.wa.gov.au on or before 4:30 pm Wednesday 25 March 2026.
