Proposed Review of Local Laws

Notice is hereby given under section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Karratha proposes to review the following local laws:

  1. Shire of Roebourne Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2012
  2. Shire of Roebourne Health Local Law 2012
  3. Shire of Roebourne Local Government Property Local Law 2003

Copies of these laws are available at https://karratha.wa.gov.au/council/information-access/local-laws

Printed copies may be obtained from the City’s Administration Office located on Welcome Road, Karratha during normal business hours.

Submissions may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Karratha by close of business on 14 August 2026 by emailing governance@karratha.wa.gov.au or through whatwemakeit.karratha.wa.gov.au/local-law-review
