Notice is hereby given that RFF Australia, on behalf of KAW Property Group Pty Ltd and the State of Western Australia, has prepared the abovementioned proposed structure plan for Lot 1 and Lot 500 Dampier Road, Gap Ridge, within the City of Karratha.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the proposed structure plan will be on display at the City’s Administration Office located on Welcome Road, Karratha and will be available for inspection from 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday up to and including 9 December 2026. The structure plan can also be viewed on the City of Karratha website at www.karratha.wa.gov.au/public-notifications
Submissions on the structure plan can be lodged in writing addressed to Planning Services City of Karratha, PO Box 219 Karratha WA 6714 or via email to submissions@karratha.wa.gov.au.
Submissions should include the Structure Plan name and details of the submission and must be lodged on or before 9 December 2026.
